Preparation and Suggested Use:
• Start with one half teaspoon and move up to one teaspoon in four ounces or more of water or diluted juice. Pre-mixing in a small amount of hot water allows the mixture to more fully dissolve. Additional water or fruit juice can be added to taste. Adding one to two drops of stevia until desired sweetness is reached may also be helpful.
• This supplement can be taken once daily, or throughout the day, with or without meals. Suggested dosages for magnesium are:

It is advisable to begin dosing magnesium with less than a full dose and work up to a full dose over the period of one week. If loose stools and/or diarrhea appear, reduce the dosage until bowel movements normalize.
